Pelicans are known for their miraculous plunges into the water. In the same spirit, this family-friendly waterslide embraces the feeling of gracefully swooping down into the water. Pelican Plunge features a pair of open-tube slides. Guests twist along one of the 125-foot long chutes, landing in a small, shallow pool of water. Riders can enjoy this attraction in two-person inner tubes.
This gentle sliding adventure is perfect for the little ones ready to experience a “big” waterslide, but aren’t quite ready for our larger attractions in Carolina Harbor. For this reason, Pelican Plunge is part of our three-acre children's area, featuring attractions like Kiddy Hawk Cove and Myrtle Turtle Beach
Pelican Plunge is located between Kiddy Hawk Cove and Seaside Splashworks, near Sharky’s Grille.
Height Requirement: Guests must be 36" tall in bare feet to ride alone OR be accompanied by a supervising companion. Hand-held infants are not permitted. Guests over 54" in bare feet must be accompanied by a child.
