Whatever your lodging needs, this Carowinds campground delivers. Our newly updated cabin rentals sleep up to 8, and level campsites with full hookups easily accommodate both pop-ups and RVs up to 45 feet. Need to house a large group? Great Wilderness Lodge sleeps 14 and offers a large meeting area, equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, and a wraparound, rocking-chair porch. Everyone will find their own way to unwind with a swimming pool and cabanas, cornhole, fire pits, disc golf, and more.

This 1,100 square foot fully appointed cabin sleeps up to 14 people with four bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a spacious great room with a 65" flat screen television and DVD player.

In addition, guests will find a kitchenette, dishwasher, dining area, wrap around porch with rocking chairs and an outdoor grill and patio.

2-Bedroom Comfort

A stay in one of our newly renovated Camp Wilderness cabins isn’t exactly roughing it. 

Cabins have a kitchenette featuring a sink, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator, plus a dining table with four chairs. TV, air conditioning, restroom with shower and hot water, plus a front porch swing round out the amenity set.

Camp Wilderness RV Sites

Accommodates RVs up to 45 Feet

Camp Wilderness features RV and pop-up sites that can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet in length. The paved RV sites feature full hookups with water, sewer and electric. Fifty of the sites have upgraded, 50-amp service. There are also a limited number of sites with 30-amp service for pop-ups. Every site also features a charcoal grill and free wi-fi.
