Facilitated by Leading to Change!, one of the nation's most exciting youth training teams, this program will engage tomorrow's leaders and help them enhance their existing leadership, public speaking, communication and decision-making skills. This event will be full of action and will focus on skill development.
Leading to Change! uses vanguard teaching methods, cutting edge technology/media tools, out-of-this-world customer service, and a ROBUST ONSLAUGHT of humor, music, innovation, and wit led by a dynamic team of “Rock Star” facilitators.
In 2019 we are offering two days of our Youth Leadership program! It will be the same program both days and you may attend whichever session works best for your schedule! This event has sold out in the past so be sure to secure your tickets early.

Leadership Days Agenda
8:30 - Parking is open and you may come into the front gate. If students have any season passes that need to be processed, they must be processed before park entry so this is the perfect time to take care of that.
8:30-8:55 – Check in at the entrance to Harmony Hall (The workshop begins promptly at 9:00!)
9:00– Welcome & Introductions of Leading To Change! Team
9:10 – Diversity of Leadership – Students will learn the value of finding both peer similarities and differences.
9:30 – Decisions of Leadership – Students will learn the value of making accurate decisions in the moment.
9:45 – Voices of Leadership – Students will learn the value of standing up for their beliefs amidst peer pressures.
10:00 – Tools of Leadership – Students will practice their increased skill sets in public speaking and problem solving in diverse team settings.
10:30 – Rockstars of Leadership – Students will showcase their presentation and team work skills in a final presentation.
11:00 – Lunch & then enjoy the park!
Unless otherwise noted, all ticket orders (admission and meal) must be pre-paid ten (10) days prior to your visit to allow sufficient time to process your order. Orders received less than seven (7) days prior to your visit will be held at the North Gate Admission Services (Will Call) for pick-up. Season Pass holders do not count toward your group size.
Admission tickets, meal tickets, and bottomless soda wristbands are non-refundable. No rain checks are offered.
Payment must be made via school check, money order (payable to "Carowinds”) or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover accepted). Unfortunately, personal checks or purchase orders are not accepted.
All school checks will be processed through Telecheck for approval. If declined, another method of payment will be requested.
Chaperones: one (1) chaperone admission ticket will be given for every fifteen (15) admission tickets purchased, unless otherwise noted. Complimentary chaperone tickets do not include picnic meal or bottomless soda wristbands.
Bus Parking and Driver Admission
Bus parking is free. Bus drivers will receive a complimentary admission ticket when presenting their Commercial Driver's License (CDL) at the Group Sales building, located at the North Gate Admission Services window (does not include picnic meal or bottomless soda wristbands).
