- Beleza do Samba: Dancers brings the pulse of Brazil to Carowinds.
- DJ Dance Party: House DJ invites you to join the dance as they provide dynamic music.
- ¡FUEGO!: This street party will turn the plaza into a dance floor.
- Fiesta Bands: Live music from various bands throughout the summer.
- ¡WEPA! Summer Fiesta: Celebrate each night of the event with a parading finale.

Authentic Latin Dishes & Drinks at Viva La Fiesta
Viva La Fiesta is a celebration of spirited traditions, and what would that be without the inclusion of tasty authentic dishes. Several featured items will be offered during the event, including savory bites, sweet desserts, handcrafted cocktails and mocktails. Select items are also part of our add-on dining plan. Some of the items on the menu in our Dining Guide include:
- Bistec a La Mexicana – Traditionally seasoned beef sirloin with white onion, jalapeño peppers, and rice. *Included as an entrée in our add-on dining plan.
- Bondipan – Roast-pork sandwich with chimichurri and salsa. *Included as an entrée in our add-on dining plan.
- Pepián de Pollo – Traditionally seasoned chicken thighs grilled with tomatoes, chiles, onion, and pumpkin seeds; served with corn tortilla. *Included as an entrée in our add-on dining plan.
- Ceviche Peruano – Marinated shrimp with a fresh blend of chopped peppers, onion, and sweet potato; served with crispy tostones. *Included as a snack in our add-on dining plan.
- Tostones and Salsa Rosada – Twice-fried plantain chips with salsa Rosada. *Included as a snack in our add-on dining plan.
- Bolinhos de Chuva - Fried doughnuts tossed in cinnamon sugar.
- Brigadeiros – Decadent fudge made with condensed milk and cocoa powder.
