Spring has officially sprung in the Carolinas, and school is out – even if just for a little while. To celebrate the occasion, Carowinds is open daily Friday, April 11 through Sunday, April 27 for our Spring Break event. During the 17-day extravaganza, you can enjoy limited-time entertainment and family-friendly activities in addition to your favorite rides and attractions.
Spring Break Central
Each day of Spring Break, the Harmony Hall patio will serve as your headquarters for springtime fun – Spring Break Central. Here, you’ll find fun activities like Snoopy’s Springtime Eye Spy, PEEPS® Marshmallow Crafts and a variety of lawn games. PEANUTS Characters will also stop by for visits throughout the day, including Snoopy the Easter Beagle.
Spring Break Central operates daily during Spring Break from 11 AM to 6 PM.
Fury 325’s 10th Anniversary Block Party
In 2025, Fury 325, voted best steel coaster by Amusement Today, celebrates 10 years of thrills at Carowinds. The record-breaking coaster debuted on March 28, 2015, and has remained a fan favorite ever since.
We’re celebrating the occasion during our Spring Break event with a 10th Anniversary Block Party. April 11 to 13, this block party will take place in the Thrill Zone area from 3:25 PM to 6 PM. Enjoy rider giveaways each hour and live music from two local bands.
Additionally, we’re excited to partner with Sycamore Brewing again to create custom brew commemorate this milestone. The Fury 325 IPA is available exclusively at Carowinds for a limited time. Find it at various bar locations throughout the park this season.
Family-Friendly Springtime Activities
Spring Break at Carowinds offers nonstop fun for guests of all ages. Find a variety of interactive springtime activities happening each day!
- PEEPS® Marshmallow Egg Hunt
Hosted by Eggward the Easter Bunny, guests 12 and under are invited to embark on the ultimate egg hunt on the Thunder Striker Lawn. Registration will open each activity day at 10 AM at Spring Break Central. Registration is recommended to guarantee each child’s spot to participate. Participants will receive a colored wristband designating their assigned Egg Hunt time slot.

- Silent Disco
Guests can pick their favorite tracks and bust a move in silence at the Harmony Hall patio.

- Putt-Putt Tournament
Step up to the green and go for a hole-in-one with the help of comedic caddies during Carowinds’ Putt-Putt Tournament outside Harmony Hall.
