Carowinds is thrilled to announce that our new and improved mobile app has arrived!

Now packed with even more features to make your park experience the best day ever, including an enhanced interactive map and an upgraded digital wallet interface, the new Carowinds app is available to update now.

To ensure a smooth ride into the new mobile app, we encourage existing users with a registered account to update their password before logging in to the new app. Updating your password is easy and can be accomplished in just a few short steps. Follow the instructions below:

STEP 1: Click ‘Reset Password’ below

STEP 2: Enter the email address associated with your account

STEP 3: Verify you are not a robot via reCAPTCHA

STEP 4: Click ‘Get New Password’

STEP 5: Enter the six-digit code sent to the email address provided

STEP 6: Enter and confirm your new password

STEP 7: Click ‘Reset Password’ and log-in using your new password

STEP 8: Get ready for FUN!
