Let Us Entertain You – WinterFest Live Shows

WinterFest is packed with world-class live entertainment! With more than 10 shows each night, you'll always be entertained and filled with the holiday spirit. Here's your guide to WinterFest entertainment for the 2018 season. 

Tree Lighting Celebration

Kick-off an evening of splendor with our Tree Lighting Celebration! Join us at Celebration Plaza every night of WinterFest at 5:30 p.m. to see the cast sing, dance and flip the big switch to light the night.

Cool Yule

Our talented entertainers perform all of your favorite Christmas songs underneath our 70-foot tall Christmas tree in Celebration Plaza. Cool Yule is filled with incredible choreography, over-the-top lighting, and festive costumes.

Christmas Bluegrass

Our bluegrass band will be picking, plucking and playing your favorite holiday tunes with a twist. This show is located on the Holiday Hall patio where you can warm up by the fire while enjoying this array of string and percussion instruments.

Holiday in Harmony

Sit back, relax and have a delicious meal in Holiday Hall while enjoying a live radio show from yesteryears. The fine folks at the fictional station WNDZ A.M. have put together a variety show like none other, sure to put some harmony in your holiday!

Holly Jolly Trolley

Our Holly Jolly Trolley roams throughout WinterFest spreading holiday cheer for all the hear! This classic cable car makes a stop in front of Holiday Hall where its riders perform a collection of Christmas songs everyone knows, so feel free to sing along. This live performance is sure to make you have a holly jolly Christmas this year.

Charlie Brown’s Christmas Spectacular

Join Charlie Brown, the PEANUTS gang and our cast of singers and dancers for a live show featuring upbeat holiday classics and a stunning display of holiday cheer. Expect a high-kicking, heart-warming tale in this Broadway-style show at Carowinds Theatre. The whole family is sure to love this Christmas spectacular!

Jingle Jazz

Find this talented group of Dickensian carolers at the crossroads gazebo. No instruments are needed when these voices harmonize together and serenade the midways.

Sounds of Nativity

The cast of this show performs traditional carols that hearken back to the origins of the Christmas story in front of our nativity scene. Live farm animals, like those found in the stable, also attend the display.

The Mistletones

Head over to Tinsel Town for nightly performances by this songstress trio. The Mistletones perform in vintage attire while putting their spin on classic holiday tunes reminiscent of the 1950s.

Tinker’s Toy Factory

Santa’s elves are frantically preparing for their big night, Tinker is busy building old-fashioned toys that have brightened Christmas mornings for generations.  The new head elf has changed the direction of the toy factory, focusing on fancy new technologies, and putting the Christmas spirit in jeopardy. This show is quite the musical theatre production, meant for children young and old. Catch it at the Camp Theatre!
