Performance in the Park
Carowinds is temporarily closed as we continue to follow regional and national health directives related to COVID-19. It is our hope to resume this activity as soon as it is safe to do so.

Our Performance in the Park program is a superb chance for your students to share their talents in an exciting environment with thousands of spectators. Our guests love music in the park, so bring your students to be a part of the fun!

While not performing, your students can cut loose and enjoy all the benefits of a fantastic day at Carowinds. Order Form Will Be Sent After Performance Approval
The registration form is available by clicking the register now button above. This form must be submitted, along with a video of your group performance, for approval prior to booking. Carowinds is a family park and all performances must be free of music with foul, inappropriate or sexually explicit language and there may not be any inappropriate or suggestive dance moves. We value our guests and want to ensure we bring wholesome entertainment for the entire family to our stages.
Performing groups must consist of at least fifteen (15) members. The registration form must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to the requested performance. Please list your preferred date and performance time along with all of your performance needs and submit along with your group’s video. Groups will perform at a designated location within the park, which is determined based on music and sound needs, as well as the size and type of the group. You will be contacted once this information, along with the video of your group’s performance, is reviewed and approved. After approval, you will need to print, complete and submit the ticket order form at least 3 weeks prior to your performance. Please do not submit the ticket order form or advise your group of your performance date without prior approval.
Performances that are not pre-paid at least 3 weeks prior may be canceled. Due to the numerous performance groups in our park each day, these performances must be coordinated with entertainment to ensure the venue and needed equipment is available on the day of your performance. Our performance venues are in high demand so if no tickets are purchased we will have to release the reserved venue back to entertainment for their use.
All ticket orders (admission and meal, if applicable) must be pre-paid at least three (3) weeks prior to your visit to secure the entertainment venue and allow sufficient time to process your order. Season Pass Holders do not have to pay an additional fee but also do not count toward your group size.
Admission tickets, meal tickets and bottomless soda wristbands are non-refundable.
A complimentary chaperone admission ticket will be given for every fifteen (15) admission tickets purchased unless otherwise noted. Complimentary chaperone tickets do not include picnic meal or bottomless soda wristbands. Please note that Season Pass Holders in your group do not count toward your total group number that would qualify for the complimentary tickets.
Bus Parking and Driver Admission
Bus parking is free. Bus drivers will receive a complimentary admission ticket by presenting their valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) at the Group Sales building, located at the North Gate Admission Services window. The complimentary bus driver ticket does not include the picnic meal or bottomless soda wristband.
