Welcome to Carowinds' virtual art gallery. This collection of coaster art was created by our guests. We asked them to create artistic interpretations of their favorite roller coasters at the park for the chance to win a copy of Planet Coaster. They sent in paintings, drawings, sculptures, and more. Now if you will follow me I'll show you some of the AMAZING creations our fans submitted.

First, you will see a stunning colored pencil drawing from @blockbrakes that had everyone buzzing! This is a breathtaking version of Fury 325.

Here you'll see a drawing that would make Granny Byrd proud. In this remarkable work, @maverick45180 really captured the rustic nature of the Carolinas' first double launch roller coaster.

Next is a drawing of the classic Afterburn from @WMinatel28. I think he really brings the intense thrills of this iconic coaster to life here. Afterburn celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2019.

If you'll step on over to this next portrait you'll see a thrilling drawing by Addison age 10! This is a wonderful depiction of Drop Tower.

This piece is quite unique, as it was created on computers. Take a look at this digital rendering of an Afterburn train by David Kittle. It feels like the coaster is right there in front of you!

That painting over there will certainly lift your spirits. Be to sure to see this bee-utiful painting of Fury 325's first hill and drop from @CoasterWarrior.

Our gallery also features works of sculpture! Just look at this card stock piece by Carolina, age 13, of Carolina Cyclone (which turns 40 years old this year!). Every time I see it, I feel a whirlwind of emotion.

Lastly, here is the work of @aoriole19, the winner of our first coaster art contest!  She made this representation of the park and its attractions, past and present. Well done!
