Carowinds is known as the place where the Carolinas come together, and the Carolinas are known for our down-home southern cooking. Because Great Carolina Fest celebrates all the reasons why we love it here, of course we’re serving up some regional Carolina favorites. With so many mouth-watering options available, we’re giving you two unique ways to enjoy our chef’s tasty creations.

Genuine Carolina Tastings

Our executive chef, Kris Siuta, has put some interesting twists, unique to Carowinds, on six genuine Carolina dishes. These dishes are availiable in 'tastings' which can be found in kiosks scattered around Harmony Hall during the festival. Taste cards cards are only $25, and allow guests to enjoy a total of six tasting. Try all of the chef’s creations, or mix and match as you please.
