Carowinds is known as the place where the Carolinas come together, and the Carolinas are known for our down-home southern cooking. Because Great Carolina Fest celebrates all the reasons why we love it here, of course, we’re serving up some regional Carolina favorites. With so many mouth-watering options available, we’re giving you two unique ways to enjoy our chef’s tasty creations.

Genuine Carolina Tastings

Our amazing culinary team has put some interesting twists, unique to Carowinds, on six genuine Carolina dishes. These dishes are available in 'tastings' which can be found in kiosks scattered around Harmony Hall during the festival. Taste cards are only $25, and allow guests to enjoy a total of six tastings. Try all of the chef’s creations, or mix and match as you please.

Crispy Banana Pudding

Pulled Pork Spring Roll
