  • Description:

     

    GENERAL SCHEDULE:  Average hours per week - 40 in Summer, Spring/Fall 20+ hrs. Flexibility to work schedule around conflicts.
     
    AVAILABILITY NOTE: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, flexible schedule (to include days, shifts, hours), overtime when required.
     
    PRIMARY PURPOSE: Under the direction of the Purchasing/Operations Manager the C.O.S. Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the C.O.S. office and its associates. This includes weekly reports as well as inventory audits, Associate development and discipline.
     
    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED: Math aptitude to multiply, and subtract, divide and perform simple fractions. Good communication skills, especially with associates and vendors. Strong organizational skills. Entry level typing skills. Computer skills with familiarity of spreadsheets. Accuracy in data entry. Must be familiar with windows based programs such as Excel and Word. Able to meet deadlines. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Must show leadership abilities and willingness to get the job done.

    Our 120-acre theme park environment is dynamic, exciting, fast paced and fun. The most unique part of the job is our total commitment to the 1.5 million guests who visit the park annually and the ever-changing events that they bring with them!
    Each season the Food & Beverage Department hires interns to be members of the Food & Beverage Management Team. We look for only the friendliest and most professional to manage one, or more, of our major Food locations and/or satellite carts.

4409 Merchandise - Retail Warehouse Seasonal Manager

  • Description:

    GENERAL SCHEDULE: Average hours per week: 40 hours

     AVAILABILITY NOTE: Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Must have a flexible schedule.  Overtime may be required.
     
    PRIMARY PURPOSE: Supplies the park with adequate stock as requested.
                                                 
    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED:  Must be at least 18 years of age.
     
    LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED: Valid driver's license.

                                                                  SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS
     
    1.      Performs all duties in a safe manner.
    2.      Sets delivery appointments for inbound shipments.
    3.      Interviews and hires seasonal staff to meet business needs.
    4.      Schedules seasonal staff to meet business needs.
    5.      Provides training and documentation for seasonal staff.
    6.      Loads and unloads deliveries such as apparel, plush, cleaning supplies and maintenance parts from outside vendors.
    7.      Verifies all products are present and accounted for upon delivery. Communicates any discrepancy immediately to the supplier.
    8.      Ensures that all inbound deliveries are entered onto the park’s receiving log.
    9.      Ensures all pricing, ticketing, and packaging is correct on incoming deliveries, making corrections as necessary.
    10.  Ensures that all federal consumer product safety guidelines are followed including the presence of proper certification with each inbound delivery.
    11.  Ensures that proper and timely receiving of product into our inventory and accounting software takes place.
    12.  Stocks received product within warehouse on shelves or racks, maintaining an accurate and up to date find list at all times.
    13.  Takes products from shelves or locations within the warehouse to fill orders for the park and completes the necessary paperwork.
    14.  Makes deliveries of ordered products (i.e. apparel, plush, cleaning supplies and maintenance parts) to various park locations in a timely manner.
    15.  Ships and receives freight to/from various delivery services.
    16.  Ships all webstore orders in a timely manner.
    17.  Coordinates weekly and monthly inventories by assisting in counting products in the warehouse and completing the necessary paperwork.
    18.   Communicates inventories with Finance division to assure proper accounting.
    19.   Preventative maintenance of warehouse equipment (i.e. checking oil, fluids, tires, etc.).
    20.   Ensures that all storage areas meet safety requirements.
    21.   Maintains appropriate documentation of items issued, delivered and received.
    22.   Successful completion of park driver training.
    23.   Successful completion of park forklift training.
    24.   Regular attendance.
    25.   Ability to work with other people.

6303 Rides - Assistant Area Supervisor Trainer

  • Description:

     

    GENERAL SCHEDULE: Average hours per week – 30-40 hrs. Summer/ 15+ hrs per week Spring/Fall weekend operation.

    PRIMARY PURPOSE: Facilitates a transfer of knowledge and/or skills to associates/supervisors to enable them to properly perform their assigned tasks. Organizational skills, communication skills and people skills. To audit ride locations to insure all policy and procedures are being followed.

    PRIMARY PURPOSE: Operates ride and assists guests with boarding and exiting ride/attraction. Maintains cleanliness in various areas of the park.

    PRIMARY PURPOSE: Screamsters are individuals who perform general maze scares. Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, dedicated, exercise good judgment and remain safety conscience at all times. Position requires wearing makeup and or latex masks or applications. Role may require specific costume requirements. 
     
    EXPERIENCE/TRAINING REQUIRED: Must be at least 16 years of age or older. Must be able to demonstrate basic acting ability and strong vocal tones. 
     
    LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE REQUIRED: Not Required.
