All applicants must first complete an online application by clicking here! After completing your online application please come into the Carowinds Employment Office to begin the interview process. All applicants must be at least 15 years of age. Please note that all 15 year old positions have been filled at this time; however, Carowinds still has positions available for applicants 16 years of age and older.

Employment Office Hours

Carowinds Employment Office is open Monday through Sunday 9:00AM – 5:00PM with interviews conducted up till 4:00PM.

Interview Information

All new applicants will require a personal interview to be considered for a position at Carowinds. Don’t forget to dress for success! Show that you are serious about working for Carowinds by exhibiting a professional appearance.
Interviews are conducted daily from 9:00AM – 4:00PM.
