Are there any benefits for Silver Season Passholders?
There are NO benefits associated with the Silver Season Pass. For Gold and Platinum Season Pass benefits, please visit the benefits page.
I purchased my Season Pass at Harris Teeter or BI-LO. Do I need to process the gift card before entering the Park?
Yes, you will need to redeem your Season Pass certificates/ticket cards purchased from North Carolina Harris Teeter locations or South Carolina BI-LO locations for an official Season Pass Photo I.D. before entering the Park. Please visit the Season Pass Enrollment Center, located outside the North Main Entrance, to process your certificate/ticket card in to a Season Pass Photo I.D. card
Can my friend use my Season Pass?
No. Your Season Pass Photo I.D. is non-transferable and may only be used by the guest of whom it was issued to. Any attempt in allowing another individual to gain entry to Carowinds using your Season Pass will result in the confiscation of that Season Pass.
My child will be probably be over 48’’ sometime this year. Should I purchase a Junior/Senior Season Pass?
Any Junior season pass certificate holder who measures 48” or taller in shoes at the time of redemption will be charged the difference between the Junior and Regular season pass price.
Do I have to take a picture for my Season Pass?
Yes, each Season Pass is assigned to one person and that individual's picture will need taken for that pass.
Why can’t my child who has a Silver Season Pass not be allowed to enter early with me I have a Gold Season Pass?
Only the individual who is assigned a Gold Season Pass can received the benefits of a Gold Season Pass. If you would like you can upgrade the Silver Season Pass to Gold Season Pass at the Season Pass Enrollment Center, located outside the North Main Gate.
Will my season pass get me into concerts like Joy Fest, SonFest and Christian Music Day?
No, but you can purchase discounted tickets for these concerts. Please visit North Gate Admission Services to purchase your tickets.
What do I do if I cannot find my Season Pass and I want to come to Carowinds?
Please call (704)588-2600 ext. 0 and a Carowinds associate can assist you with information on lost or stolen passes.
Where do I process my Season Pass?
At the Season Pass Enrollment Center. To better serve our guests, in 2010 the Season Pass Enrollment Center will only accessible from OUTSIDE the North Main Entrance. You must process your certificate or ticket card into a Season Pass Photo I.D. before you will be permitted to enter the Park.
Once I've purchased 4 or more season passes, can I add additional passes on at a later date and still receive the 4 or more pricing?
The 4 or more pricing is only valid in a single transaction. Additional passes can not be added at a later date to receive that discount.
What happens to my child once they turn 3 years old, do they still get into Carowinds for free?
No. Once any guest turns 3 years old they will need to purchase a ticket or season pass to enter Carowinds. Entrance is only free for children ages 2 years of age or younger.
